The books are $24.95, and 10 percent of proceeds go to art therapy for returning military and veterans in treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder and/or traumatic brain injuries. STUDIO SPACE AVAILABLE
The Business of Art Center has studio space available at the best rates in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs.
The studios focus on: woodworking and welding (tools and equipment available), mixed media, printmaking, painting, and ceramics (two electric, one gas and one raku kiln available). Coming soon: glass studio and a darkroom.
Studio artists have their own keys for 24/7 access to the building. Stop by 513 Manitou Ave. for a tour 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesdays-Saturdays. For rates and other information: Liz Szabo, liz@thebac.org or 685-1861.
