Performing Arts for Youth Organization
www.payo.org
PAYOs 38th Season Begin This Fall - bringing quality arts-in-education experiences to the youth of the Pikes Peak region. In the Spring of 2004, we piloted an Anti-Bullying Program. Utilizing the concepts taught in Bully-Proofing Your School, several of our artists have adapted and/or created programs which emphasize the importance of healthy self-esteem, respect for others, and creating a caring community in our schools. This year we are expanding this educational offering to all schools in the Pikes Peak region. Underwriting is still available for this program; contact PAYO for more details. PAYO's Roster or Performers is available on our website. Look for the Colorado State Flag to identify these programs. If you have never booked a PAYO performance for your school or organization, Schedule a Performance is an easy guide suggesting the steps you might take. We realize that we would not be able to do any of this without the gracious support of our sponsors. The PAYO board of directors would like to thank each and every one of our sponsors and donors for their support in making it possible for PAYO to continue its mission for the past 37 years.

Richard Byrd IT!
www.my-it-dept.org
Richard Byrd is the founder of IT!, an organization whose mission is to assist non profits with their IT/computer needs. IT! really has two missions: one to help non profit organizations, the other to assist out of work IT professionals. As they find themselves downsized, laid off or otherwise out of work, IT! provides opportunities to work within their field for non profit organizations. While much of this work is free, it keeps the professional working, their resume current and additional sources for references. This truly is a win-win situation. The BAC is grateful to Richard as he now maintains our network - a task we were ill equipped to do.

Steve Wood - Concrete Couch
www.concretecouch.org
Welcome BAC to Steve Wood. Steve and his wife Laurie and their son Jake spent a year with their families in Providence, Rhode Island. Steve had been a studio artist at the BAC prior to leaving and is now returning in a slightly different capacity. As many are aware, Steve is a premier muralist having done many projects throughout the Pikes Peak Region. He is now going to create a non profit organization which will not only create murals but facilitate the public process with other artists as well. The result is that Steve has joined our non profit incubator. We look forward to Steves energy in this new role at the BAC.
