Military children the subject of BAC events. Life in Transition – Children of the Military, will be the topic of
the fourth in the Business of Art Center's Humanities Series in Manitou Springs beginning Saturday, Oct. 16

Manitou Art Theater and several fun and educational workshops for children of all ages. All exhibits and events

The military children were invited to “create art that represents how their lives are different from the children of
the general community. This promises to be a moving and thought-provoking show,” Liz Szabo, BAC Gallery
Director and Curator Liz Szabo said.
The events are not restricted to military families; all are invited to come and enjoy the events and to meet the families
whose commitment to the nation keeps them on the move, often separated and not knowing where their next home
will be. All the events are free and open to the public.
“We want our community to reach out to the military community,” Szabo said. Saturday’s Family Fun Day Saturday
