Manitou Art Center

Art that makes you think

March 15th marks the kick off to the Third Friday Artwalk season for Manitou, and boy oh boy do we have some great stuff going on to celebrate. We will have multiple openings that Friday from 6:00pm-8:30pm. Be sure to check it out.

In the New Gallery:
We have invited Wunderkind Alumni to participate in the second annual Wunderkind Alumni show. This show is in conjunction with the Wunderkind show and it celebrates past participants in the Wunderkind tradition. Come see how some of those high school artists of the past have developed! If you are a previous Wunderkind submissions are still open. Send images of your work to patrick@thebac.org. The deadline for submissions is March 8th, notification of acceptance will be March 9th, and drop off dates will be March 10th and 11th.

In the Hagnauer Gallery:

The 14th Annual Wunderkind will be taking place. Come out and celebrate the best and the brightest of our local high school artists. These kids are working at a level well above their age, and it is quite amazing to see. Here is a preview of their work.
