Have your Special Event at the BAC
Choose from a variety of spaces in 2 Unique Locations!
The BAC
is one of Manitou's most celebrated artistic institutions nestled at the
base of Pikes Peak. If you've been to the campus, chances are that
you've been to an incredible art opening or unforgettable performance
event, but did you know that we can also throw one heck of a party?!
Pass
it along - the BAC is a distinctive venue for both private and
community events. Such private events are corporate holiday parties,
wedding receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, business
meetings, anniversary's and much more!
Community
events held in the space in the past have ranged from non-profit
fundraising events, concerts, theater performances, films, and community
wide Halloween party's. With a creative staff and room for up to 234
guests, there are not many events the BAC can't handle!
Studio 513
The
original building at 513 Manitou Avenue opened in 1988 and is home to
nine professionally equipped art studios, three exhibition spaces, a
gift gallery, a kiln yard, and sculpture garden. Generally, events in
Studio 513 include art receptions and openings, creative team building
workshops, and tours.
The
Hagnauer Gallery, our largest gallery space within studio 513 can
accommodate up to 85 people for a more intimate reception, wedding
ceremony, dinner party, or concert. This space is unique because of the
beautiful artwork hung on the walls and the large windows that let in
the natural light as well as give guests beautiful views of Manitou's
historic Memorial Park.
